• 1 stamp is earned for each visit regardless of the number of guests and duration.
• 4 stamps grants the guest a free 30 minute session for 1 child.
• Free sessions that go beyond the 30 minutes are charged at £30 per 30 minutes.
• Loyalty cards that are partially completed cannot be combined with others to total the 4 required stamps.
• All sessions must be booked in advance.
• Neverland Studio reserve the right to discontinue this loyalty scheme at any time.

We ask for a non-refundable and non-transferable £10 deposit for all bookings. If you need to cancel your session, please let us know with as much notice as possible so we can allocate the slot to another guest.

Not just any toilet... An Under the Sea themed immersive toilet and changing room!

You will receive the best and most useable images from the session. This will usually be a minimum of 15 images for a 30 minute session.

Single Children will receive a half hour session.  Two or more should expect to be in the Studio for around one hour. 

There is no upper age limit, however, babies must be able to comfortably sit unaided for short periods.

At Neverland we can really tailor the shoot to suit your requirements. From classic headshots to update your Spotlight profile, to a full on refresher of model card images, we have a package for you.  You can also visit Neverland to have some professional simple images for gifts or to put on your wall at home.

I aim to have your photos sent via Wetransfer, DropBox, or OneDrive link within 2 weeks of the shoot. In rare instances where it will be longer than 2 weeks, I will notify you in advance.

I'm happy to discuss with you what you aren't happy with and work together to resolve any issues.

We would love for your friends and family to share in your experience at Neverland Studio. Due to our health and safety requirements, we would request that 1 adult per 2 children attends, with a maximum of 3 adults at any one time.

We accept all major card providers (not American Express), as well as PayPal, bank transfer, and cash.

No, as standard I keep it simple so you don't distract from the subject.  If your child would like a photo with a special teddy or toy, I'm happy to oblige though of course.  With our themed shoots however, I will provide props to suit the season.

I will only edit out what is not normally on the face, small cuts and bruises for instance.  The photos needs to look like the child, so only basic touch-ups and crops will be done. 

Your child needs to be comfortable firstly.  Denim is always a winner. Polo Shirts on boys look great in bold colours and simple tops on girls.  Try and avoid busy patterns so we focus on the face, and definitely avoid logos and fine stripes. 

The 30 minute session includes 2 outfit changes, however the extended 1 hour session allows you as many changes we can reasonably fit into the session time.

For 30 minute sessions only the white backdrop will available.

For extended sessions, white will be used first, and any other colour backdrops that can be reasonably fit into the session time can be used.

Definitely not!  As well as it being a comfortable and relaxed space, the kids can play and move about the studio.  We want natural smiles so I will engage with the children to see what works best for them and get lots of shots without them even knowing it.  I certainly wont ever say “smile for the camera”. 

Yes, there is free parking outside my house. You will walk through the Neverland Studio gated entrance into the pirates' walkway where the studio is.

Yes, the Studio has heating and air-conditioning. It will be heated in the winter and cooled in the summer before you arrive, we can also adjust to suit when you are there.

No problem, you will sign a simple terms and conditions page prior to your visit and can opt out there.

Once I have sent your images to you via digital transfer, I will keep them for 30 days and then I will delete them in such a way that they are unrecoverable. 

Yes, we can certainly try and get a shot of the children together, if they are willing of course.

Yes, they are copyright free and you are free to use them as you wish.  All I ask is that you credit Neverland Studio and me as the Photographer on Facebook and Instagram please. Also, tell your friends!

The most important thing is for the children to have fun.

We do have one small ask though - if you can, please ensure your childrens' faces are as clean as possible. The resolution of the images are very high and so any dirt, crumbs, ketchup, etc. will show up and will create delays for you receiving your photos as I will need to spend more time editing them.
